Before The First Morning™ ("BTFM") publishes Bible-centered learning resources for families, churches, schools, and outreach ministries, including the Monthly Bible Coloring Challenge. This Notice applies to the beforethefirstmorning.com website and any related services we operate.

By using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in the Coloring Challenge, you agree to the practices described in this Notice.

• Coloring Challenge entries — submitted only by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child (see Section 5).

• Administer the Monthly Bible Coloring Challenge, including judging and prize fulfillment

5. Children's Privacy (Coloring Challenge)

The Monthly Bible Coloring Challenge is designed for children ages 5–13. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. Children do not create accounts, submit entries, or provide personal information directly to BTFM.

What we collect for a Challenge entry:

• Child's first name or an approved display name only
• Child's age group (not date of birth)
• Child's state of residence (not home address)
• The submitted artwork file
• The parent or guardian's name and email address

What we never collect: a child's full name, date of birth, home address, school name, photograph, or any other identifying detail beyond what is listed above.

Public display is optional. A parent or guardian may enter the Challenge without granting permission for the artwork to be displayed publicly. If permission is given, only the child's first name or display name and age division are shown — never the child's state or any other identifying information.

A parent or guardian may withdraw display permission, or request review or deletion of information provided with an entry, at any time by contacting challenge@beforethefirstmorning.com.

6. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, process payments, or fulfill orders, and who are contractually obligated to protect that information. We may also disclose information where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, administer the Coloring Challenge, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain communications. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 11.
